Visit our Mayfair gallery space to view a captivating solo exhibition from Jake Wood-Evans, as he presents his fifth solo show with Unit London, entitled The Edge of Reality. This exhibition is a continuation of the artist’s exploration of the passage of time, real or imagined, and how it alters a physical artwork.

Drawing inspiration from artists such as Joshua Reynolds, John Singer Sargent, George Stubbs and J.W. Waterhouse, Wood-Evans reinterprets old master’s work to unsettle any preconceived narratives. As such, The Edge of Reality has no intention of recreating painted utopias; traditional narratives of status, power and wealth are dispelled to reveal what lies underneath, uncovering the alternate realities that previously remained undisclosed.
